I saw a similar question to this recently. I've been considering it ever since then and the most similar character I can think of is this female character from this Chinese (Hong Kong) movie called "Fallen Angels." She is partners with this hitman and her job is to arrange the hits and they rarely see each other. But she is very obsessive and in love with the hitman even though he won't return her affections. Throughout the film she seems really depressed and detached, but at the same time she appears in public as very calm, cool, and relaxed while maintaining sex appeal. To avoid giving anything away since you should really see this film I will say that she knows how to hold a grudge as well as I can. Her major character traits (both good and bad) within the film are identical to mine. It's somewhat funny since she's female and I'm male, but I don't think I have ever related to a character better than I did with her.

Hmm, tough question. I relate to a lot of book characters, but I don't know if there is one I am most like. I guess I would say I relate greatly to Eowyn in LOTR in the sense that I feel trapped a lot. One of the things I fear most is a cage, until old age and experience learn to accept it, quoting her. I long for freedom and, although I don't really believe in it, true love. I'm also very loyal and fiercely protective of friends and family. LuthienT

Sydney Carton - A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens
Because life is full of self sacrifice, and a real man speaks through his actions, not his words.
"It is a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest that I go to, than I have ever known."
Oh, and if anybody decides that that they relate to Holden Caulfield, just come over here right now, so I can stick my foot in your a**
If I was to pick a movie character, I would go with "Marv" from Sin City. The guy goes on a murderous rampage of revenge over a girl he knew for only a couple of hours, just because she was nice to him. Besides, it was better than the other Mickey Rourke character I might have picked: Henry Chinaski from "Barfly".

Well, I'm gonna change your question up a bit and tell you which TV character I'm most like, and alot of people agree. My personality is pretty much exactly like Jim Halpert (played by John Krasinski) on The Office. We're both quirky and have pretty messed up facial expressions xD. Also, we're both in love with a best friend who we can't have.
Oh, life.
Good luck!

I am Bridget Jones from Bridget Jones' Diary. I am always doing or saying something embarrassing. I open my mouth and oftentimes what I am thinking is exactly what comes out. I have no filter between my brain and mouth, if you know what I mean. I am also constantly on a diet! lol
