Rap is good in their own way, a way that's way different from rock.

When they mix, poop happens.

I'm sure the only rap you have heard of is mainstream rap, which of course, sucks in every way possible. All mainstream of any type of music is for the most part, BAD. plain and simple

But REAL hip hop is stuff you have to dig to find and yes there is good stuff out there, you just definitely have not heard of it yet.

rap should never have been mixed with rock, nu metal is almost as bad as emo/screamo...im a metal head and tend not to like pop or rap, but i have nothing against really old school rap back from the late eighties, they had witty lyrics that made sense and had messages to them, they often were funny, now though, its pure sh it.

Hahaha! That is hilarious. I know what you mean. It's like, "What the hell?!" Don't they know that WE KNOW they are all about making money? If they mix two very different consumers, than they'll double their profits. It's crazy!

It's like Justin Timberlake who mixes his music style every year, so he can gain a new type of consumer. Or how he sings songs about black girls, then will turn around and sing a song about a senorita. Pretty soon, all my Mexican and black girlfriends are swooning over Timberlake, saying, "He has soul," or "He can be my papi!" Not me! I'll take the more subtle marketing strategies, thank you.
