Ehh..in regards to all time losses? Let's see which team was the most dominant franchise from 1966 to 1983 with 6 world series appearances, 3 championships in the same time frame that saw hall of famers Brooks Robinson, Frank Robinson, Eddie Murray, Jim Palmer, Earl Weaver, and Cal Ripken jr.
I'll give you a hint, it's not the Yankees. Do a little research and get back to me. I know that the Orioles have been under .500 for the last several season, I also realize that a stretch of about 10 season doesn't speak for a franchise's entire existance that has been around since 1954 as it's current form.

You'd only need to check the standings, if you mean this year.
But, all-time, the Orioles haven't been around long enough to be along side the Phillies, Cubs, and Braves in all-time club loses.
