Osama is from Saudi Arabia and had a lot of money to begin with. The splinter groups are financed by Iran.

osama got his start in the 80s when the russians invaded afghanistan. since russia was our enemy at the time, we gave osama whatever he wanted. in fact he was a cia asset for years. in fact, got a dialysis treatment at a US military hospital in yemen 6 weeks prior to 9/11 and met with cia.

as far as the weapons in iraq. we made a commitment to halliburton and blackwater to make them money. we couldn't ask them to spend hundreds of millions to set up camp just to simply leave after we toppled saddam after 21 days did you? blackwater is responsible for their share of terror attacks in iraq. as much as any insurgent group. by the way, blackwater is under no jurisdiction in this war and their troops make 30k per month. any other questions?
