The short answer: No
The long answer: Maybe

It all depends on your state high school league or in this case your camp standards and practices. Metal cleats are banned in sports like soccer and football in many cases because contact between players occurs much more frequently than it does in baseball. Also, most soccer cleats are specifically designed to hug the foot and even have laces on the inside of the foot as opposed to the top to give better feel and control of the ball. If you don't care much about either sport, I would get a cheap pair of plastic baseball cleats; they won't be very good for kicking a soccer ball with any accuracy, but they'll be much more comfortable than soccer cleats which are usually thin and unsupportive of the arch.

Depends if you are using cleats for natural grass or artificial turf. If you are using natural grass cleats then, yes, they can be used. It is not the same, but if you can't afford both pair, then they can be interchangeable. Soccer cleats are not the most important part though, it is the style of the shoe that makes it more important to have soccer cleats for soccer.

Baseball cleat may not be used during soccer for multiple reasons. Upper level baseball cleats have metal cleats to them and are dangerous during soccer. Lower level cleats are molded rubber where as soccer cleats are either studded plastic or molded plastic not rubber. If you use rubber cleats you wouldn't hvae the stability you would be looking for in soccer. The last thing is in soccer you're not allowed to have any cleat(s) on the front to for kicking reasons especially inhigh kicks where baseball cleats have cleat(s) on the toe.

baseball cleats cant be used for soccer but soccer cleats can be used for baseball becuase baseball cleats have one spike on the toe of the sole and soccer cleats dont and that extra spike is not allowed in soccer but it doesnt matter in baseball
