do you have the paper back books (mangas)
well i need to know if the mangas are the exact same as the episodes on tv

They are not actually the same per se, additional lines, more information, different introductions. For example, in the beginning of manga the one that is going to be eaten by the Hollow is Yuzu. While in the anime, Karin is going to be eaten.
At the moment, the anime has been following the manga very closely in content and scenes.

i have some paper back mangas of bleach and just like the people above me said that they are pretty much the same except some of the filler anime episode which are not in the manga.

for the most part its the same but there are little changes as always in the anime. The anime puts more story and such that the manga does not use to make it longer. Such as the fillers. The manga goes strate to story all the way.

the current episode of bleach (episode 133) is a filler episode
the show is not on manga

The mangas aren't even the same in this country as the one of origin(and I don't mean the translation!).
