at all hip-hop shows and clubs? Isn't this perpetuating the old field/house dichotomy from slave days?

I'm not talking about the green room for performers. I'm talking about an average club
where regular folks can pay extra to be a "VIP".
This is not a staple at rock clubs.
BTW you haters misinterpret everything, not just my question.

A very incisive question my friend and my answer is that some people are so hooked on getting "Special Privileges" that they'll go to any lengths to get them and pay any price. It's another symptom of the "I'm better than you are" culture which is bloody despicable

So they can score more cash from some chumps that wanna pay for some crap service, and a label of vip. Anyone who markets stuff for rich people know its not about what they are selling being better then anything on the market, its about making the rich people think it is.

L-O-L. Why just Hip Hop (black) and not Rock (white)? Anyway, People like Mariah Carey and Kate Moss need to go to the V.I.P. lounge so autograph hunters don't hunt them and bother them etc. And yes, you definitely knew that didn't you!
