I love the wording of your question, the last bit.
The example I see is mainly on tv. When you buy a pizza between a few people and they decide how much money they will put in - by how many pieces they ate.
NO, Jeff ate one more piece than I did, so he should put in an extra dollar.

How old are you? I wouldn't suggest getting " toned". As long as you're at a healthy weight and comfortable with yourself you're already half way there. As far as how to be pretty. It's not really a lesson that can be learned or a skill to be taught. Beauty comes from inner as well as outer. Work on having a fun and attractive personality. Make-up and hair is such a superficial way of being pretty. Just look normal and let your natural beauty shine through. If you really wanna work on your looks like any coming of age girl does when looks and boys get involved I'd say wax your eyebrows, apply some lip gloss, straighten your hair and apply a bit of powder to your face.

Well when some ppl usually spend money on extra or unneccessary things it is conisidered to be unimportant ...But when it comes to the most imoprtant or at least right..like feeding the hungry or just simply sparing a change to the poor that person just turned into a major plain cheap....

the way I see it is this:
someone being careful with their spending is when they get the best deals with what they are buying i.e. a mom buying new clothes for a child and the price went from $14.00 to $7.00 for an item
a just plain cheap is someone getting something for nothing, i.e. a guy gets to use someone else's a.t.v. while the actual owner is away and sending money to fix this machine

Money smart is being careful with your money (taking a lunch to work, no starbucks and spending wisely.)
Being cheap is going out to eat with someone and ordering expensive food and then suggest to split the bill, so you don't pay your true cost.
Or going to visit others for (free) meals and socializing so you are not using your utilities at home.

Staying home and cooking dinner rather than going out all the time is a way to save money. Inviting yourself to eat dinner at your friends house is cheap and rude. We know one of those. Comes to our house empty handed and hungry. In 10+ years he has brought one thing when he came for a meal; a bag of previously frozen raspberries. (?)

when they see how much money they can have if they don't spend any of it .the only money cheap people spend is on there bills or gas money ,if you are real cheap you don't ever spend money on lunch you'll go all day with out eating just so you can save a few bucks

I think if you go out of your way to save money when it really isn't worth it at your resource level, it's going too far. For instance, if you make $7/hr, it might worth it to spend an hour finding coupons to save you $10 at the grocery store, because it may make a significant difference to you. But if you make $50/hr, it's kinda silly to spend an hour clipping coupons to save yourself $10, unless you're in some exceptionally tight spot and can't do overtime.

I money savy person is some who knows how to make their money work for them. Someone who is plain cheap is someone who doesn't spend money in a way that makes them seem socially rude (under-tipping a waiter for example).
Good Luck!!!
