I am planning to get my husband baseball tickets for his birthday but I want to get good seats. Are row 11 good?

They can be, but it depends. Most stadium ticket outlets have some sort of map of the field and of the seating plan. Use that to see where you are before you buy.

Row 11 might be great behind home plate on the lower level. It might not be so good in the bleachers in right field.

Depends on the section, and exact seats (obstructed views exsist!) and ball park! Wherever you go to buy the tickets should have a map of the park. Check from that.
