well if she asked you such a personal question, she must trust you, so you should use this opportunity to give her good advice. For starters, its pretty hard to use a pillow for masturbation. Second, she needs to know that she cannot use anything for masturbation that is not clean and disinfected.
Let her know this is something fine, normal, and healthy.
Now that I read seraphims comment, i understand what she means by masturbating with a pillow. In that case, of course its fine,

Tell her that masturbation is a natural and healthy thing to do in private. That's pretty much how I learned to masturbate - humping a pillow, or my teddy bear. =o)
