They're both gonna weigh the same as you eat them but the blueberry one is gonna stay heavier in your gut cos the bran one is gonna exit quicker.

That is unless there's something about 5 oz muffins I know sh*t about.

trick question.... they both weigh the same however adding raisins (yeyyethchchchc) to the mix might definately cause a "stir"
