I think "The General's Daughter" is so sad, because she gets brutally gang-raped, and then her dad just abandons her. However, I think that "The Accused" is also sooo sad.

"The Mirror has two Faces" with Nick Nolte and Barbara Streisand when he has to confess that not only his mother and sister were raped on night but that he was raped as well or else his sister would never get over her post tramatic stress breakdown.
Now if you want scary think "Deathwish" which looks like a rape moreso than the two films you named though "The Accused" was based on a true story.
Currently , you can watch "American Haunting" if this is a subject you are into.
But the first movie has people crying when the truth comes out, so; it has a more dramatic effect.

Saddest rape scene? Hands down it's got to be (in my personally opinion) 'A Time To Kill' where the little ten year old girl gets raped by two men.

The rape scene in 'Once were warriors' would have to be one of the saddest I have ever scene. A very powerful movie if I've ever seen one.

"Boys Don't Cry", With Hillary Swank & Chloe Sevigny, based on a true story about a girl who pretends to be a boy, and when these 2 guys she hung with found out she was a girl, they raped and murdered her. One of the guys was sentenced to death.
