I am sure that you could buy a code book at the department of insurance which is located at 322 Chapanoke Rd. Chapanoke is off of South Saunders. If the building code is anything like our fire code book, it is a bear to read. Good luck.

Good luck with that I was just in North Carolina and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for the building there... It's like a whole other planet... Things that looked vacant and closed were open while perfectly good looking building were closed/empty.. It was weird..
