All the time.
Nothing can be absolutely complete in this world.
My life is incomplete that is one of the reasons to be alive. Or not?

Inherently, no.

Yet as human beings we all have such feelings. We don't come to realize all that we've ever needed is inside of us all along. Especially in a materialistic environment, where we pretty much deprive ourselves of what we already have by always wanting more.

But then again, there are serious cases of what you have observed. Take for example one who has lost a loved one. The amount of pain and misery they mentally go through due to the absence of the love they always anticipated, it's a feeling we live to control.

So there may mentally be a space we can't fill, but intellectually, it was always there.

It's called reaching for the unreachable. Some people believe if they can fill that hole, whatever metaphor it may be they will be happy. Don't follow that pattern. There are highs and lows in everything we do. When you feel you've done something worthy, then celebrate it. When your feeling down try to raise the bar and make it better in a positive way. Sometimes just allowing yourself to feel emotions of the ups and downs helps.

Hard as it may be,that feeling is necessary and will always happen at least once. It's just ridiculous to search for a never-ending happiness,as if we were heading for Neverland. Emptiness reminds us we still have some things to do and some goals to achieve. It's tough,I know, but it's not as if taking pills would do any good. They fight the symptoms, not the reasons. Besides,we're naturally hunters so we always get that feeling we're pursuing something. You need to define exactly what that something is about. And then do something!

Yes, it’s perfectly normal. I feel like that all the time, especially lately. The key is to keep yourself busy and occupied with interesting tasks at work and home. I find that reading really helps as it takes my mind off my troubles and I’m not always thinking about what is lacking in my life. Just focus on what you have in your life and how that makes you happy instead of thinking of the negative.

Sometimes. Part of what keeps a person going is having goals in life and wanting more out of life. It's healthy to feel that way to a certain extent. You'd get bored or depressed if you didn't have any wants.

YES. every week it's something new and once i reach the goal, the cycle is completed and a new desire pops up. It sucks humans naturally want more when they already have everything they need, but i guess if that was the case there's be no progress in civilization, huh?

there are many people that feel like this, you feel like your here for a reason & one day you'll wake up & find out what that might be. but you go through your life wondering when this might be, it sometimes causes depression

what you need to think about is what are you doing with your life now, are you happy, in a good relationship or happy married etc...no one can make you happy but You. in other words be happy with what you have not what you want

That's what all the spirituality, emotional intelligence and affirmations is all about. Being emotionally full. Guys don't think it's important, but that's where the strength is. Love is strong, if it's strong. It is, but it's in you. You have to get it out. Know how to deal with it, understand how it works and that's your strength.
