to answer a question with 0 answers and when you click "submit," you realize that you are like 30th?

Yes. That always happens to me. I'll be all happy cuz I'm first but after I submit my answer, it goes all the way down to the next page or sumthing and it kinda annoyes me. Sometimes something happens to Y!A and then in the list of open questions it says that some questions have 0 answers but after you click on it and go there, it has like around 10-15 answers....I hate it when that happens.....

Funny you should ask as I was thinking about asking the same thing (great minds think alike). I think you're chances for getting a "Best Answer" are better if your answer is somewhere near the top of the page but I personally don't really care about the points that much. I'm just here to take my time and have a good time so my answer is very rarely at the top.

hahahahaha...yes, but that usually happens only in the popular categories such as this, or jokes&riddles, but the sad thing about that category is that asker doesnt give you the best answer even though you answered correctly first. stupid people.
