In terms of entropy .....in the beginning ...perfect order ...and at the end... total chaos
In terms of relationships..in the beginning hope... and at the end ....despair?
And if there is a God.. who is to say that time runs forward backward or at all in a God's universe, the concept of then, when, now and future may be only a device for us to experience.

Wat-more had the right answer basically except the end of the world isn't at Christ's return. Just the world as we know it today because there's a thousand year reign after he returns, then evil again for awhile & then a new heaven & earth.
Personally the Bible says God knew you before your bones were knit within your mother's womb. If you survive until the Lord comes & a christian or convert you don't ever have to die. If a christian before he comes & alive at the rapture you'll never have to see death either. May I also suggest the Book of Ezekiel to get another good idea of where we are on God's timeline. But only God knows the exact time.
That's the christian belief. Others believe different. The true seeker will find the answers he needs. Never accept only what sounds true. Search for answers. If your faith can't be challenged then it's no more than another opinion, easily swayed by current trends of thoughts but otherwise worthless.

Since you use capital letters for Beginning and End, they are obviously symbolic of something to you.
There are simply too many answers to give you but I will list a few.
Within the realms of your own life, Beginning is when you are first born and End will be when you die.
But it may also mean the Beginning of your own development after your birth when you actually begin to establish your own personality - babies are not fully formed when they are born after 9 months gestation. They are born earlier than normal because if they grew to their full size before birth, the birth canal would not be wide enough to accommodate them in natural childbirth. Therefore, Beginning could be as early as 3 months into your life and End may be minutes after your physical body has ceased to function. Your heart may have stopped but your neurological activity may continue for several minutes.
There is also the concept of religion and depending on your own particular belief system, the Beginning and the End will be different to any other belief system.
And of course there is the Big Bang and the Big Crunch which may serve to represent respectively the Beginning and the End.

I think the beginning was on a Tuesday. The end I,ve been told, is around Thursday week. I,ll be looking out for that. I,d hate to miss it eh?

I'm not convinced there is a clear beginning or end, although there might be a beginning or end to the Earth, to people on the Earth, to our galaxy, etc.
