The password to one of my online accounts is saved on my computer and is automatically entered after I type in my username.

This is fine for now I suppose, but I don't actually know what my password is.

Is there anyway to convert these stars into the actual letters/numbers?

Well Don, considering I haven't used the password in over 2 years to access the website, it is actually quite logical to have forgotten my password. But anyhow, I thank you for your input...and insinuations.

The simple answer is no. That is the safety feature of passwords.
You should try a password manager like access manager. http://www.accessmanager.co.uk/
(it's free)
It makes it so much easier to keep track of your passwords with one master password.

Are you extreme? call help or deliver the computer back by fact which you're mis-spelling your password? Stars look as a secure practices function - human beings finding over your shoulder can not see your password on the exhibit screen.

There might be but I doubt we will know how which is a good thing. I know that when you signed up of internet you had a service provider to which you had to give your password to if I remember correctly. Try asking them. They might have it.
Good luck. P.S. Should you get the answer to your question, hope you pass it along to us.

Not hardly, thats what it's there for.
To keep people out that are not suppose to be there.
People just don't forget or create passwords they can't remember.
