Try to lessen your sodium intake. Salt isn't good for bloating. And as for me, I usually exercise. I always feel a little better afterwards.

Yes! We had our family reunion today and ate A LOT lol...plus I'm getting ready to start my "monthly cycle." No great cures that I've found.... yet...sorry

I do.
Cures: avoid salty foods if at all possible and drink a lot of water.
I prefer to just drink more caffeine, eat more ice cream and watch tv all day. haha
