Is this normal? I just hate the feeling when it all comes out when I wake up. It's like there's two liters of blood inside of me.

What I do sometimes is that I don't stand up fully. I walk like I'm sitting down (i don't know how to explain it) to the bathroom and it all comes out there instead of in my pads.

It is normal. When you are laying back you are in a horizontal position so that prevents it from flowing freely while you sleep. When you stand back up, what did not flow last night is going to flow now that you are in a vertical position. What I do is sit up while I sleep for about the first two days. That way you are in sitting position and it will flow normally while you sleep.

I think it might have something to do with gravity and how old you are. When I was younger, (teens) the same thing was true but as I got old sadly that changed. So you are normal, no worries.
