There is nothing wrong with Jonathan or Isabella as long as u jazz it up with a good middle name or use it as a middle name with a cool first name. Jonathan Antonio is my sons name and my daughter is Maura Izabella. So, maybe I am a little offended. As for Miami maybe more for a girl like Miami Izabella lol.

Why would you name your child Miami? I don't like the names Johnathan or Isabella either. Give your child a somewhat normal name.

Jonathan and Isabella are not "square" names...and how old are you? 12? Giving a child a name like "Miami" would likely cause jokes and humiliation for a child throughout their childhood. Be smart and don't breed.

I know a cat named Miami. What a horable name, I'd take Isabella over that any day. Don't mate!

Anything goes these days. I had a friend that names her son Rain. People questioned it at first, but I can't imagine him with any other name. Miami is great, for a girl? You could call her Mia for short!

I'm naming my daughter Sereniti. Am I a square?
I dont like Miami. Doesn't have a name tone to it. How about Brooklyn, Madison, London, instead?

Girls fair better with unconventional names than boys do. But think ahead. Will being named "Miami" be a hindrance to your child if he or she becomes a professional of some kind? What sounds cool today can be really lame tomorrow. Just think ahead.

I love names like Dallas, Montana, and the such, but I think Miami sounds like a stripper or porn star. This coming from someone who wanted to name her son Jett

Mia Marie is pretty, I like the city to visit, not for a name.

No, that sounds like a hoochie name. The kid would be teased growing up. It's like naming your kid New York!
