What is the most dumb movie you have ever seen that was not rated R because i havnt seen any rated r movies

Wayne's World 2. The first one was good, the second was just dumb.

Crossroads was probably the worst non-R rated movie I've seen. Most of these MTV type movies are pretty bad: The Hillz, Stomp the Yard, You Got Served, Crossover, From Justin to Kelly, etc. Check the imdb bottom 100 list for the worst movies ever made, voted by fans.

Transformers. I'd give it a zero rating.
That skating figure skating-you know with the two guys, will farell and the girly-guy, was totally friggin stupid, but it did have some important life lessons, like you can work with your worst enemy and achieve unbelievable things, plus it was HILARIOUS!
I have no idea what the ratings are. Probably general audience approved.
Oh Yeah- I looked at some of the other answers:
would have to agree that
DUMB and DUMBER-ER would probably get a negative rating.
Don't confuse this with DUMB and DUMBER, with Jim Carey, which was awesome :)

My husband took me to see Alien Vs. Predator.. It was horrible two leading characters that don't speak.. Great premis !! I don't know what the rating was all I know is I wanted my life back... In his defense we did go and see Captain Corelli's Mandalin w/ Nicolas Cage/Penelope Cruz I think... It was terrible, horrible.. I don't know if the Ninth Gate is R, but it was horrible as well.. BattleField Earth was just the worst move ever.. With John Travolta.. I've seen some bad, bad, bad movies... Dr. T and the Woman with Richard Gere might have been better if it was Mr. T. and the woman...

I don't memorize ratings so I don't know what it's rated, but Open Water was the dumbest movie I have EVER seen!

This movie called "The Ginger Dead Man" I don't remember what the rating was, I saw it when I was like 7 or 8, but it was about an actual ginger bread man cookie with a big kitchen knife that went around killing people.
