Start here with the AFROTC's own Detachment Locater...

This is all the schools with the AF. Then start looking through this list for good schools, in the part of the country where you want to go, that offer a Geography major. This is not a real popular major so you'll probably find that it's the large universities.

Purdue has a geology program however. They are a Big 12 school and they have an AFROTC program. They have their own enormous armory too inwhich the ROTC, NROTC and AFROTC all train in.

start with the ROTC and see where they offer this and then begin the application process.
