What should I wear?

Question

I just invited a neighbor girl my age to the pool with me tomorrow, and I'm not sure what to wear. I AM NOT BRAGGING, but I have like Hollister and AE clothes and stuff, and I dont think Brittany (the girl) does.... Im also not sure whether to wear a one piece bathing suit or a bikini (i dont have a tankini).... Were both 12, but I believe shes a teeny tiny bit more "conservative" than me, even though Im conservative... We've been trying to "hook-up" and be friends for a while because we live in the middle of nowhere, and we are neighbors! lol.. Today, she was wearing capris and a t shirt..... Im just no sure how to dress! Thanx 4 the help :-)

ok, wear what you want. she's not going to feel uncomfertable, everybody wears bikinis (cept me, i like one pieces) if you are worried,i would suggest the one piece, then for the cover up, where a solid tank and shorts (like soffe shorts).
you can ask her what her bathing suit looks like, just bring it up casually next time you talk, and ask her wear she got it from so you can get an idea of where she shops.

well if your going swimming you don't
need and whole outfit, that's the
easy part and the hard part is me
helping you because i don't what your style
is like, but I'll just take a guess cause you
shop at AE and Hollister(my fav)

I think u should wear your fave bathing suit! Who cares if she doesn't have those clothes? Its not lke she'll be able to see the bathing suit and say, "Oh, Abercrombie! I don't like her anymore!"
If u still dont feel comfortable, Target has SUPER cute bathing suits this year and they're cheap. About the whole "modesty" thing, wear a tankini or a halter top. You can also always wear short board shorts or boy short bottoms.

Wear what you are more comfortable in! You don't have to dress the same as her. If you are worried about being conservative, wear the one piece or wear the bikini and bring a coverup along just in case.
