My computer just uses regular usb, and im wondering if usb 2.0 will with those ports

Yes, in most cases. It will just work at a reduced transfer rate.

Most USB 2.0 devices can switch to regular USB when plugged into a regular USB port, you won't get the increased speed of USB 2.0 but it will still work.

As I am sure you are aware the older USB-1 is slower than the newer USB-2 but you can generally use the USB-2 in a USB-1 port it will only be slower.
The use of an external Power supplied USB-2 Hub will work better in the older port.

Yeah but instead of the normal 480 mbps transer rate you will get 48 i think.

Yes however they won't work as fast... But then I've never seen a difference in the speed of them anyway

Yes it definitely works. just that it won't be as fast when doing file transfer for printers thumb drives etc...
