x^2-3x-2 = 0
x^2-3x = 2 i.e, 2x^2-6x = 4
Hence 2x^2-6x-11 = 4-11 =-7 answer b) -7

16x^2 - 9y^2 = (4x+3y) * (4x-3y)

(4x + 3y)/ (16^2 - 9y^2) = 1/(4x-3y) = 10
4x-3y = 1/10 = 0.1 answer b) 0.1

the first problem cant be factored, and you cant do what yogesh u did because 2x^(2) - 6x - 11 isnt and equation. I tried to factor it and i tried the quadratic formula but it doesnt work.

x^2 - 3x - 2 = 0
cannot be factored

(4x+3y)/(4x+3y)(4x-3y) = 10
1/(4x-3y) = 10
10(4x-3y) = 1
4x-3y = 1/10
