Yes, and it's like shouting into a canyon. They just repeat what you say and then announce that you should read the terms of service.

I e mailed them and got back a reply, that they would look into it. Nothing ever happens, and all the good people either get reported or deleted, for no reason. People have even called them but never a call back. Yahoo, does nothing to prevent all of this bogus reporting. They should make it a rule that only level 5 and up can report a question. I wonder if that would help.

Do you mean Yahoo customer care for complaints? I wonder if a real person exists there. I have put in four complaints in the last two days and get the standard form stating they are checking into it. You get the same reply no matter what you are complaining about.

You will just get a standard form letter telling you to read the community guidelines! Don't even waste your time with an email!

wetpants is authentic right here. the yahoo workers do many questions and solutions, AND it is evidence. what happens whilst the understand-it-alls say crap like "it incredibly is all automatic" and "there are no yahoo workers"?

yep - they don't answer their emails.

yahoobot katie posted her email on the suggestion board for people to discuss their issues furthur but she doesn't actually answer them.
