This girl that I like lives in my apt complex. I like her and i think she is very attractive. When i'm coming in from work we bump into one another as she leaves for work. We have said hey, whats up to one another. I have hold the door open for here a few times she has said aww thanks im very sweet. Last friday when i was coming in as she left she said that im very nice and charming and cool. we havent formally introduced ourselves to one another. i havent seen her with a guy in da complex but one time a long time ago. does that mean she is single? what should i do next? does she like me? thanks

That is quite a neat little situation you have there. If I were that girl, ......this is what I would want you to do. First, you need to introduce yourself. Make it very casual. Next time you bump into her, just be like "Hey, by the way, Im ______. Whats your name?" And then she will reply, and you can give her a charming smile and say "well it was nice finally meeting you." =) For better effect, you should walk away at that point, let her think about it. lol Theres no need to rush it because its not like a girl you run into at the grocery store that you dont know when youll see her again. This girl is not going anywhere, and this works to your advantage.
Then, keep up the bumping into her. And be sure to make communication or some form of contact with her each and every time. Become a regular thing in her everyday life, you know? So not only will she NOT forget you, but she will begin to EXPECT you. You are friends out of convenience right now, so now you can become more casual friends. Make small talk. Ask her how her night was. The more you conversate, the more excuses you will have to talk in a more comfortable setting...say one of your places?? =) Ask her to finish your casual convo over dinner at your place. If she refuses, then she might have someone else....and you didnt embarrass yourself so much. But if she accepts, then she clearly likes you too and wants to goto your apt as much as you want her to goto your apt. lol All Im saying is, make it a smooth transition so that things dont get messed up and weird, and that you dont rish embarrassing yourself and her. If you rush it, and it backfires, there is no getting out of the awkward passing everyday....you live "together" in some sense so be casual about it. I wish you the best of luck!!

the problem is you havent explained your feelings to her , and as a man you need to start doing that so that you can be free and learn to express your feelings to a girl through your motives verbally/ by action

MOre information would be needed to say if sh eLIKES you but she (bo doubt) thinks your sweet. Keep it up and she will becoem interested if she isn't already.
I think you shoudl try and get a nice conversation going one day. Talk more........ask her to hangout with you a couple times......more hangouts....ask her out.....you know?

U SHOULD GO TALK TO HER ASK HER QUESTIONS LIKE WAT DOES LIKE TO DO OR WHAT MUSIC SHE LIKE STUFF LIKE THAT SEE IF YALL HAVE THINGS IN COMMEN ASK HER OUT BRING FLOWERS SHE WILL LOVE THEM BUT ORCHIDS U SHOULD WERE SOMETHING VERY NICE MAKE LAUGH MOST LADIES LOVE A GUY WITH A SENSE IN HUMER I DO WELL
