Walking along the beach picking up seashells and listening to the waves lap up on the shore.
Snuggling with my cat while he's purring.
Finding a beautiful spot in nature and just experiencing it with my 5 senses and without the technological interruptions we humans have created. It really makes you feel connected to the earth.
