Ok What I don't get is why my brother's friend is so nice to me! Like today I went with my brother and his one friend to Orlando and my mom ended up going to so I was like well I will just tag along..and my brother was like great now my day is gonna be horrible. But we ended up having fun and his one friend didn't end up me being there. And we hit it off really good because he is like always over pretty much every weekend this summer. I mean still why is he so nice to me...I mean I am not annoying but when he left he was like see ya Elizabeth and usually his friends don't say bye to me...wtf?

He is like 4 years older than me! But he talks to me a lot...like I was playing guitar hero and he was watching me and was like well teach me how to play as well as you.

Then when we got home I was in the kitchen and my brother came in and started fighting with me and he walked in and was laughing at us because I was kicking my brother and he gave me about 10 dead legs..and then we were hitting each other with the pillows..and I was running into every room to hide!

He likes you, at least he's starting to. I'm not saying he's going to ask you out anytime soon, but he's not likely to ignore you or tell you to get lost either.
It's also possible that he was playing middle man, keeping you and your brother from ruining the day for everyone by fighting.

This questions doesn't make sense. You said above that "I went w/my brother and his one friend to Orlando...." and then down the line you say..."we ended up having fun and his one friend DIDN'T end up me being there" which doesn't make any sense. I don't think he's being "so" nice just because he said "see ya Elizabeth" Get over it.

He either sees you as a future girlfriend, or as a best friends' sister....or even like his own sister.
How does he act when your brother isn't around? Is he close to your age?
Give him a cold coke one day when no one is around and try and talk with him. See what happens. I did that with my brother's best friend.....4 years later we got married!
