I lived in Sacramento (Citrus Heights) around that time and the only suggestion I have, other than trying to google key words to your question, would be to contact one of the local poetry societies or a local library to see if they have any leads. Let's face it, a limited edition anthology from 20 years ago is like finding a needle in a haystack. It probably had a limited local publication. However, you might try a search of the library of congress, as they keep anything that was published with an ISBN number. Good hunting.

I think your question is likely to be a bit too specific for Yahoo Answers. But you may find someone who knows about the anthologies for that contest if you post a different question with a title like "Does anyone know how to find an anthology from the World of Poetry contest from a few years back?" More people will look at your question if it doesn't require them to have actually received the same award. Good luck in your quest!
By the way, I am surprised they didn't give you the opportunity to get an anthology the year you won the award. You should have been offered a copy, or at least been given the opportunity to buy one.
