I am a women and I just wanted to take a survey just wondering? What size bra do you wear? Are you satisfied with it? Are they natural or implants? If natural would you ever consider or want implants?
For your info: 38D and I would consider implants if they gave me a little lift, besides that I love em'

If you are saying you are a 38D I would not recommend implants, anything bigger than a D is begging for back pain.
I was a 38J, now I am a 38C depending on the bra. I had a reduction Feb 2006 because of my back pain and I feel so much better.
I would never do implants, unless it was a reconstruction or I had to get my breast removed.

Im a natural 34 DD and they always make my back & neck hurt. I thought about getting a reduction but i dont know if i would really feel like the same old me without them. They aren't saggy so i dont need a lift yet but i will probably want to get one after i finish having kids.

i am a 34 small B...my shape is great but i wish they were bigger...i have thought about implants but so many guys say they prefer natural...they are softer...nonetheless they like to look at women with implants...curse my genes!
