SOO THEN HE WALKED UP TO ME N SLAPPED ME ON MY *** N SED "WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO" SOO I STARTED WALKING AWAY ALTHOUGH I WASN'T REALLY TRIPPIN OVER THAT... CUZ ITS NOT ANYTHING THAT HASN'T ALREADY HAPPENED TO ME WIT DIFFERENT GUYS. BUT ANYWAYS SOO THEN HE CAME BEHIND ME N PUT HIS ARE AROUND ME... THEN HE TOOK ME TO THIS LADY'S YARD N MADE US BOTH FALL SOO HE COULD FALL ON TOP OF ME... HE WRAPPED HIS ARMS AROUND ME N STARTED MOVING BACK AND FORTH... I SED " STOP WE CANT DO THIS THA LADY MIGHT COME OUTSIDE" BUT HE KEPT GOING... I SED ATLEAST 3 TIMES, THEN I SED "STOP IM SERIOUS", THEN HE STOPPED PICKED ME UP N TOOK ME BACK TO MY HOUSE!!!

1. WAS HE TRYNA MAKE IT SEEM LIEK WE HAD SEX INFRONT OF OUR FRIENDS?

2. WAS HE LYING ABOUT HIS GIRLFRIEND?

OKAY LOOK I DIDN'T RIDE IN A CARE WITH HIM, AND I DO KNOW HIM SO YOU GUYS CAN STOP GETTING MAD AT ME THINKING IM STUPID, MAYBE YOU SHOULD READ THE DETAILS AGAIN!!! HE walked ME HOME!!! IF IT SEEMS LIKE IM GETTING IRRITATED IT CAUSE I AM!!! I DON'T WANT YOU TO TELL ME IM STUPID!!! I WANT YOU YOU GIVE ME ADVICE! AND AT FIRST I WA S PLAYING WITH HIM!!! If you said no 3 times and he wouldnt stop, its a class of assault. But Ive got to say to you, that you should be more careful about letting guys be so friendly with you physically like you said, grabbing you and stuff in a sexual way. It gives them the wrong impression. You said you were used to it, your asking for trouble there. But in no way does that excuse that guy or anyone else, no is no. Good luck.

My advice to you is simple: tell your mother and father, then have your parent/s talk to his parents and ask them to make him stop. Let them know that at this point it's only annoying, but if it continues, there will be problems.

He will probably say that you asked for it, or that you liked it, or some other trash. Your parents aren't stupid and they'll know that. They may tell you not to let boys walk you home or some other thing that parents feel they have to say under these circumstances (can you blame them?). But by involving adults, you'll put a stop to this silly game he's playing. He may still tell his friends that something happened, but who cares? As long as you keep your head and don't let his stupid stories bother you, and move on, everyone who matters will know he's just an idiot.

The next time someone does something you don't like them to do, do NOT "playfully" tell them not to do that. You need to get real serious real fast and if anything, be mean and agressive, angry and loud. It will scare the crap out of them and they'll back off. If you just play with them they'll think there's a chance and that you're just playing hard to get. Learn from this and it won't happen again.

I'm wondering how old you are because you can't seem to spell properly and maybe should be spending more time thinking in class than with boys. To answer your question...this kid is and will be trouble when he grows up. You're responsibility in all of this is, first time someone tries to touch you in a place your gut tells you is inappropriate, it's up to you to be serious then and not 14 touches later. You give off the impression you're teasing, and if you do like to tease, be ready for a possible ugly outcome.

Yes it is sexual assault. At first I though he really liked you until I read he put you on the bath room floor you need to stay the HE!! away from him, because next time he could or will rap you. Yes, It's a sexual assault only. But you have to be careful and have to keep him away with his first touch itself. There may be chance that he may think your silence as your permission with silence. If you didn't want him to & told him to stop then yes! It sounds like you kind of enjoyed it though...why are you upset...did he ignore you the next day?
