D a r n. I was going to ask you that. I went to a community clinic. They had a slidding scale by income so I only paid tweenty dollars a month for weekly sessions. They don't tell you much, but they have free meds that change your thinking. Any new information changes the wiring in you brain too. My goal was to get off medication, so in a couple of years I saw things differently, naturally. I was becoming more and more enlightened with the better thinking ability and was spurred on by reading about Emotional Intelligence. Some say EQ is as valuable as IQ. That seemed to lead into intuition. That proved to be the missing factor that everyone else had, even it only automatically, That helped with everything. Having the ability to handle my emotions, then I accessed even deeper ones, but could handle them. That's why I could access them. Keeeping a positive attitude, though, is a daily thing. That's why the daily meditations and affirmations craze, especially in negative environments. Women have ten percent more connections to the right hemispere of the brain where all the love and answers are, looking for questions. We have a left brained society with mostly questions looking for an answer. Well that's where they are. In the right brain or subconscious somewhere. It's compared to a tiger and the conscious mind as a monkey on it's back. Appropriate, as we mostly block it from functioning right. A monkey on your back refers to addiction, we are addicted to ego, ignorance and our progamming. It's a lifetime warfare probably for everyone on one issue or another, but it can be fun to win all the time.

I have panic disorder so anxiety is my initial reaction to everything!! It took several years of counceling and coming to know Christ to retrain my thinking. You have to find a way to trick your brain into thinking differently. For me I have to repeatedly open my Bible and read the end of Matthew chapter 6 (the section that says Do Not Worry). I know that everyone isn't spiritual but this is as honest of an answer as I could give. If you are a spiritual person, then I hope it has helped. Otherwise, I suggest that you find ways to keep your mind occupied and find some good people to hang around with that you can trust. I used to feel that way, too, but I met the people at my church and they showed me unconditional love, and then I learned that there are people that you can trust and that there are people you can't trust. You just need to learn how to tell the difference!!

There may be some kind of toxins in your living environment. Check if this depends on location or on diet.
If psycholocial, then I don't know, but you could change your social groups, take dance lessons or something. I would take a behaviorist approach to this (if not toxins), and I usually don't take behaviorist approaches; I am not suggesting an extreme behaviorist approach, just join some social groups or make new friends.

You experience the world in your fearful child place, probably with good cause. That is, you were probably failed by others when you were very young and that's left an indelible mark.
This needs to be resolved before it can be left behind. Once you've accessed your empowered adult abilities, you'll never look back.

SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP. Seriously, what do you want someone on here to tell you? "Just stop being paranoid?" I mean cmon. And no, my answer isn't a conspiracy to bring financial debt upon you because I dislike the hair color in your avatar and know that psychiatrists are expensive.
