well he said no, then again he said yes he would go out with you if he had a chance, then he said maybe he wold go out with you. This guy your talking about sounds like he cant make up his mind. If I were you I wouldnt waste my time with him, because if he did want you, he would had said yes since day one. Guys who take forever to make up their mind are either not intested, taken, or just pain slow and are paying hard to get. I honestly do not like guys like that, even if they are the hottest guys in the world. Find a guy that wants you and is worth your time and sorry about that guy. good luck

Because he doesn't want to sound desperate otherwise you would dump him. Of course he is going to say that he isn't interested in to the other boy involved b/c he doesn't want to tell him what he has in his mind.
Also, don't involve other people when you're asking someone out because you always get the info second hand so it's best to do the asking yourself so that no misinterpretation of the information is there and you're at peace with yourself knowing either way instead of keep wondering.
So, ask him again and if he says maybe then tell him that's good, let's go out next Saturday to a movie/etc.
