I'm pretty sure you don't mean American football. Which is why you should have said Soccer. Or Futbol.
Réal Madrid, Manchester United, Chelsea, and AC Milan are great franchises.
France, Italy, and Brazil have the best International teams. (in my opinion).
(edit) I just researched my answer, and I was right. The world rankings are: 1) Italy. 2) France. 3) Brazil.
