my boobs are growing and growing just lately, and unbeliveably heavy!!!!

any advice on sleeping positions to ease the pain, sitting positions that are best, websites that i can buy special bras for big breasts that are comfy & nice (not granny'ish looking lol) and that can help support and not hurt me?? etc etc? any info would be fantastic, thank you so much!!

Working out and losing weight MAY have you lose some in the breast, but with your size, the for sure way is a breast reduction.

You could get it covered by insurance no problem, considering you are an FF cup!!!

I had it done in Feb 2006 because working out and losing weight did NOT help me lose in my breasts, as I had more dense breast tissue instead of fatty tissue like other women have.

As for Victoria Secret, don't even bother trying to find a bra or even get sized there. From personal experience (and many women on the site in my source) they can't size you correctly at ALL.

Hi Jo,

i hope you get some good personal advice as i couldn't find much on the internet. the problem is most likely to do with poor fitting bras see the info below. i'm sure you mayb be able so pad the bra straps out alittle with foam or something.

Victoria Secretes and La Senza are good for buying bras.

Choosing a bra

If the straps dig into your shoulders, the bra back size is probably too big, as the main support for the breasts should come from the strap around your body and the cups
If your bra rides up your back, the bra is too big around your body – the strap should fit around your ribcage
Lift up your arms. Did everything stay in place? If your bra pulls up across your breasts you need a smaller size bra, probably with a larger cup size
If your bra wrinkles, your cup size is too big – the breasts should be in the cups with a smooth outline
If your breasts bulge out of the top or sides of your cup, and your bra looks lumpy under clothes, your cup size is too small
If wires poke out at the front or dig in under your arms, the cup size is too small – the wires should lie flat against your body and surround your breasts
Look for a bra with two or three fastenings or hooks – these give the best support
Underwires give good support, but the upper end of the wire should not press into the breast tissue near the armpit

PS- not wearing a bra is likely to make your backache worst.

It is a pain isn't it! If your old enough to have your own insurance check and see if they will cover a reduction if your on your parents Ins. talk to your doc but I'm not sure if he'll allow it, it all depends on your age but since your having all these problems they just might agree with you. It's really hard to find something very pretty that offers support as some only go to a certain size. You can try the one I listed or check on line for your area where they make them custom fit.

Seriously, consider seeing your GP about a reduction.
You sound like I did 7 years ago.
I had a reduction and never looked back.
I feel and look sooooo much better.
Other than that, I'm afraid just a good supportive bra with thick shoulder straps....have you tried a sports bra???

You need a good quality, well-fitting bra (underwired). Going bra-less won't help.

Try BRAVISSIMO's website, and look on SIMPLY BE as well.
I am 36GG and pay about £30 for each bra. Don't buy cheap supermarket ones.
