Good question...I guess so because your first impression is someones looks and a relationship to a certain extent has alot to do with phyisical attraction. Guys who are crude and pricks basically wouldn't approach a woman who is less than a 8/10 on their "fit scale" and if her breasts wheren't bigger than a double D. However, decent guys who are genuinely interested in a loving relationship won't care so much about a woman's looks if they seem to have a good personality. If a crude guy saw a woman in a cafe and she was a waitress, depending on her looks/breasts, he would treat her differently for example if she had DD breasts and a gorgeous face, he might "hoot" loudly and make a pass at her bottom as she went by. However, if she was ugly, he might look at her as if she was something he'd scraped off his shoe and make nasty comments about her as she went past. If he was decent, he'd like her anyway.

men are visual, so the short answer is yes, they are drawn to what they see. Having said that, first impressions are usually all about looks, I know we all like to think otherwise, but if you see a dorky guy at a bus stop, how many people actually truthfully think 'he doesn't look that good but I bet he has a great personality so I'll just go over there and chat him up?' We all base our initial impressions of an unknown person on looks

im really sorry to say but yeah we do.
its the same thing with women though. i mean if a guy looks completely ugly you wouldnt approach him. right? we kinda like gorgeous women because, well we're men. its in our blood. im sure you would do the same. i know its kinda cruel but those women who dont look after their apperence should start to, becasue the world isnt a nice place and if you want something you should work for it. its cruel but its true.

only self absorbed pigs do. if you only were with someone for thier looks, it wouldnt be much or a relationship, as you should go by personality. Because someone could be "model" worthy looks, but be complete air-head, or could look like the back end of a dog, and be the brain of the world, adn be really fun to be around, you just cant judge a book by its cover, the saying is true.
