The ground/field/pitch for Twenty/20 cricket is the same as Test and One Day Internationals and there is absolutely noo difference in the sizeof the field.

However, there are some differences in the rules of Twenty/20 ascompared to ODI.

The boundary rope is often brought in by 5-10 metres for Twenty20, to increase the number of fours and sixes.

As far as I know it is not smaller. They play it on the same field. Its just that the batsmen hit the ball further.

There is no rule for twenty 20 grounds. But if they want to see more sixes, they can reduce the boundary line.
