i doubt the Braves have enough pitching to catch them. also if the mets need something they have the money to go out and get it unlike the braves which are not going to spend anymore.

I believe the Mets powerful lineup (Reyes, Wright, Alou,Beltran, etc.) will lead them to winning the NL East with around 90-95 wins.The Braves will finish 2nd with Smoltz and their new bullpen they should be decent. The Phillies 3rd because Howard, Utley, Rowand, and Rollins will all hit big but there starting pitching won't be that great. The Marlins 4th because I think most of their young stars will hit but their closer is still a question and their bullpen is nothing special. And the lowly Nats will finish 5th just because they have really nothing.
