I'm not exactly sure of the queation but a pass through kitchen is sometimes the deffinition of a kitchen with an opening to pass food through to the dinning room. If it is an actual window it would be concidered a light as in the side light of a front door. A widow above a door is concidered a transome. I hope this helps.

To the outside a "Bay" or "Oriel" and "Bow" but on the inside I don't know if there is a name, maybe a "French" like the door? a "French door" "French window"?
I installed them in homes in Vegas for years on the job sites, had my own crew but I don't know if there is a name. I think the same name is used for the inside or, the outside windows.
