We remove ours several times a year for cleaning. Lift them up, until the bottom can be lifted out over the bottom rail. While you have them out, clean the track, both top and bottom. I put a little Pledge, on a rag and rub in the top track, makes them roll easier. Some in the bottom track after cleaning, makes the track easier to clean next time. Spray it on an old rag, not in the track itself. Get pledge in your tub or shower floor, could cause a fall.

Sliding doors on a shower stall hang by wheels on the upper track. To remove them, just grab the door on each side, or by the handle if it is a bar that runs across it, and lift up to take the wheels off the track. This also causes the bottom of the door to lift out of the track on the bottom. Then tilt the bottom out and lift the door down.
To put the door back in, reverse the process. Have the door tilted to put the wheels back in the top track first, and when you lower it, make sure the bottom of the door is lined up with the bottom track.

You should be able to lift it straight up enough to swing the bottom out and then lower door to the floor.
