In one sense we should all be worried by the BNP - it reflects badly on our society that this poisonous organisation should exist at all. But the price of freedom is that you have to live with things you don't like. They are, of course, a racist party, direct descendants of the National Front and Hitler's Nazis.

But they are not growing at a rate which gives any electoral worries. They will win no seats in the next General Election and probably take that as a signal to give up on progress through democratic channels - just as they did as the National Front in the 1980's.

The British way of life is one of freedom and tolerance. The BNP want to destroy that.

cap-de--monty:

what do Welsh people say? Well I'm Welsh.

Personally being caled "English" does not insult me in the slightest. My great grandad was English.

My great grandmother was Irish and the rest of my family are Welsh so I see myself as a true child of the British Isles. I am happy to call myself British.

As for the BNP - they are *way* too extreme for me. I don't really agree with the extreme right at all. I'm slightly more socialist in my leanings, although I do agree that the open door policy to Eastern Europe is causing problems for low wage earners (increased competition for a finite number of low skilled jobs) and something should be done about ths - maybe restricting access only to those who can prove they are bringing with them much needed skills. I am not anti immigration at all (studied classical Indian dance and music and wouldn't have had the chance to do this if there were no immigrants in the UK).

The BNP are also anti-Jewish, anti-gay anti-everything but WASP as far as I can see and thats not my bag, baby.

As far as being "British" though its doesn't bother me in the slightest. Most of us in the UK are a mix of Welsh Scots English and Irish blood anyway. There are very few pure bred people in each nation!

I think we should be thankful the BNP are there and contrary to what others on this site say they will get seats at the next general election. So will UKIP, both these parties are our only hope of halting the mainstream parties rush into Europe or immigration the Native Britain's Holocaust. I would estimate between 50 and 60 seats which will be enough to add diversity in the house.

To be honest who else is going to listen to you.

No. The people of this country are much wiser than you think. To assume that they will vote for a party such as yours is pathetic.
The British way of life is welcoming everyone regardless of their background. We are friendly people, not obsessed with skin colour.
And as for your claim that the BNP is 'growing' - can you provide evidence for that? No, I thought you couldn't.

I'm worried about the fact they although they are not getting massive outright support, a significant number of ordinary British people are showing sympathies to their policies.

These brain-dead racists are putting our great country to shame with their hatred and scare-mongering tactics designed to breakdown complex social relationships into the race issues. These people are inhuman to me.

I would rather relate myself to animals than I would to these savage idiots, purporting the stereotypes and myths which fracture our society.

When the colour of skin becomes the pre-dominant factor in determining the character of person, I will weep for this country as we will have lost it to a bunch of mindless moronic racists. Hopefully this does not happen. EVER

I am not worried that they will ever achieve power through democratic means. But I do worry that future generations will be brought up with the cold hatred these morons propogate

I think any sensible person would be concerned if membership to the BNP were increasing. If it is, its only because youngsters are joining because they don't fully understand what BNP really stands for. Read up on your history, and you'll realise hopefully what you seem to be idolising is not what any sane person in this country wants.

nope, not as long as they stay in Great Britain. We have enough hate groups in America. Maybe you would like to go join them and change the place into something more to your liking?
Maybe, if you are lucky, Iran will even teach you some methods of moral policing the population.
