Having a few friends over and renting lanes at the local bowling center

Going out to the movies

Going to a local Roller Skating Center

Having a Picnic

Going to the Water Park with a few friends .....

All these are probably more reasonable and within reach of your budget -- given that the parents are willing to chip in a few dollars of their own so that you can have fun with friends that they APPROVE of.

paris. stay at the ritz for a few days go shopping attend some fashion shows dress up and go out to eat at the best places i recommend somewhere kinda unknown thats where you get the full parisian experience thats what i did for my 13th party and it was awsome.
