I mean metal bands which are admired for their true music and they are not on the top of the charts only for some weeks...

Then you have to ga back to classics.
Try listening oldies like Kiss, Black Sabbath, Deff Leppard.
If you seem to find this bands to old, try something like Guns & Roses. The best metal bands are far gone. all there's left is Good Charlotte and The Offspring, but these aren't metal anymore.
The only one still going strong are Pantera and Metallica.
