Should she go to jail for a long time or do 1-2 years or get community service? It also shows how easy it is for someone to get a gun and how someone with fame can get into a club without going through metal detectors! Shame!

I think she should get hard jail time, because no matter what you don't have to pull out a gun and harm anyone. From what I read it was about money. Now she won't get her money back. All she has done is put her freedom on the line, which is plain stupid.

I really wanted to like her but that blonde thing in the front made it difficult. ( Shallow I know) But she did rap about how she was able to sneak in guns. Somebody wasn't listening. I would never mess with that chick in the first place-btw. But famous or not attempted murder is pretty darn heavy so she may be seeing sometime. Lil Kim did and I don't think what she did was as harsh as what Remy has done. Community service isn't good enough for facing attempted murder charges that is IF they actually charge her. She may not get anything but a bunch of lawyer fees if she doesn't get a charge. It hasn't been confirmed how involved she really is in the incident has it?

I think if she is found guilty she should go and do community service. Because if she goes to jail its expensive to maintain someone like that with a celeb status. At least community service she would be doing something positive and constructive.

i think it shows how gully she is but time will only tell if this incident will be damaging or benifical for her record sales.
50 went to jail and look how much he sold.
she was a bit stupid though - the family and friends of the chick she shot will have beef wit her meaning she will always have to be looking over her shoulder.

I have not hear of the incident until now.....but if she is guilty she should have to do the time that many of us less famous people would have to do.....but I am sure that there will be some type of plea bargain

if im correct this happened outside at a gathering, not inside a club...
and she's bein charged wit attempted murder so if she's found guilty, trust me when i say she's lookin at a whole lot more than a year or 2 prison.
