Is there a question here? If not, let me offer one of my own:
Q: What is the best way to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?
A: Great question. Ingredients: Peanut Butter (crunchy or creamy, your choice), 2 slices of bread (white is the American Classic version, but I prefer a multigrain) and jelly, jam or preserves.
Make sure your peanut butter is at room temperature to be sure it is easily spreadable. Evenly distribute a "schmear" (scientific term measureing the amount of any substance on a butter knife) across one of the slices of bread. Repeat for your choice of jelly on the opposite slice of bread. Put the 2 "schmeared" slices together. Serve and enjoy.
Note: for extra goodness, try experimenting with Almond Butter or Sunflower butter, available at organic food stores and places like Trader Joe's.
(did that work? I do like red-heads, however, haha)
