Since you posted this in the Science section, I'm going to assume you want a scientific answer.
At the moment the consensus viewpoint amongst scientists is that there is no compelling evidence for the existence of life on other planets. Therefore, no matter how statistically likely it might be that there probably IS life out there somewhere, right now the answer to your question, scientifically, has to be "no".

There are scientist out there that want to deny the existance of aliens on the basis that they have not encountered any evidence to support the idea of life being somewhere else in the universe. Go look in the mirror. You are an intelligent lifeform capable of understanding the universe around you. There is proof enough right there that life can exist somewhere else. You want to tell me that earth is the only planet out of trillions of planets that exist that supports life? Your crazy. You know at one point everyone thought the earth was flat. You would think that humanity had learned from that mistake that maybe we should have been a bit more open minded when it came to science. There is some sh*t in this universe that we may never understand so maybe we shouldn't be so quick to come to our conclusions about things. Don't be afraid to say " I don't know"

We are not the only beings in the universe. But I would not expect them to be in our form either. Perhaps they exist at a different level? The last time I read Stephan Hawking or Greene they said they thought the universe had more than 3 dimensions, perhaps as many as 8. Perhaps these life forms would exist more as energy/spiritual beings? What would the difference be in the forms of an angel and an alien?
On the other hand, there have been too many reports of UFOs from astronauts, pilots, etc. for them not to exist. So apparently some can exist in our dimension.

Hi, I don't know if Aliens are real, but I know that flying Sausers are. We saw one. It flew over, and stopped above our heads, and hovered there for a least 5 minutes! It sure seemed like a long tome. I wished we had had a camera! We never saw what was flying it though. So , Aliens? I'm not sure.Bye

Absolutely!
It kills me that so many humans are so close minded and arrogant to think that "we" are the only beings in the whole universe. I may not know exactly where they are or how to reach them but I have no doubt that they do exist. There's been so much written about it, I refuse to believe that all these people over all these years that have reported sightings and/or experiences are lying or mistaken. I'm a true believer in where there's smoke there's fire. There's something to this. I hope I am still here when "we" discover evidence of them. Concrete evidence.

Yes aliens have been here since at least the 70's. Have you ever seen a George Clinton show? The mothership connection is just awesome.

Yes indeed! This is because there are so many stars out there (more than 70 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 stars). What are the chances that only our Sun (one of those stars) has a planet that has life on it.
Here is a website containing some wonderful articles about extraterrestrials by Michio Kaku, a Japanese American theoretical physicist, tenured professor, and co-founder of string field theory:

There could be life on other planets, other then Earth itself. It may not be "aliens" with the whole green body, large eyes, and skinny figure lol. But i believe it could happen.
or Area 51, and the government won't tell us what's really going on to "protect us" .

I belive in the fact that there are other lifeforms out there, I mean because the universe is so big that there HAS to be another type of a living community, they might look the same, might not.
