OK, first of all, if you got a normal period it's extremely unlikely you're pregnant no matter what happened.
Secondly, it's very, very unlikely to get pregnant like this, although I do know of one case where a girl did because the guy ejaculated on her underwear and a few of the sperm I guess were able to get through the cloth. But if there are several layers of cloth there's not much chance of that.
Be more careful and slow down. You sound kind of young, and you're getting into things you won't be able to stop if they go too far.

You should consider going on the pill. And talking to an adult so they can explain to you how sex works because it seems like you have a few minsunderstandings about what you result in pregnancy.
Fabric does not stop sperm. If it did then condoms would be made from cotton instead of latex. His pre-ejaculate can still have sperm in it. And if he ejaculates then it can penetrate your panties. The odds of less likely but it can happen.
If you feel you are old enough to be involved in that sort of sexual activity then you need to be mature enough to take responsible steps to ensure you do not get pregnant or contract an STD--birth control and condoms work best

If you aren't old enough to know that you need a penis INSIDE a vagina and need SPERM go into your vagina, then you really should not be having sex.

You most likely are not pregnant. the only way to get pregnant is by getting semen in the vagina. with clothes on it is not that easy.

There is 0 chance. The semen actually has to touch your vagina. This means penetration or coming on your vagina itself. Other than that, no worries.
