Of course it's not too late. You know how many high school programs are lacking kids who can actually sing? Some of them have a couple kids who are good, some have a fair few, but some are truly lacking and the teacher may be very thankful that you decided to come in this year.
Do your best to throw yourself into acting and dancing ASAP. Don't be modest and ask for constructive criticism. Depending on the show, some have tons of dancing while others have none at all. It just depends on what yor school is doing this season on whether you luck out in that department. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
Study hard over the next year, always ask for help, and of course take it on college! You'll find the full spectrum of great well rounded performers and those who just love to be there :-) Hopefully you will encompass both.
Break a leg!

Of course it is not too late! It is never too late to start but I would suggest you think about the consequences. It will be hard. And you should also think about the long-run. If you think you can do it then go for it but if you have never had any experience I think you should do a few things before you drop it all. 1) Try out a dance class and see how you like it. (if you didn't like it don't give up yet 2) Try out a singing class or be in a choir- I know that sounds lame. (if you didn't like it don't give up yet) 3) Be in a few plays first. See if you like it and if you do then go for it. You probably will be really nervous at first but after a few plays that'll all go away and You'll be great! Good luck! ☺ I hope I helped!!!

well, in college, you can always take singing and dancing and acting lessons. I would go out for the school play/musicals...all of it. try community theater. My mom told me to get something to fall back on...remember that...keep taking classes...good luck...

Heck, no, it's not too late. Just know that you've got a challenging road ahead of you, but that you're definitely doing the right thing by getting training in college. Good luck!

Do you have talent? If you do, it's not too late. If you don't, it was always too late. And if you answered, "I don't know" you don't have the passion or the commitment for the most frustrating profession in the world. I wish you luck.
