You need at least a masters, and you will probably be encouraged to continue on to a PhD.

To be a real clinical psychologist you need a Ph.D. The Ph.D. allows you to hang your shingle. You can do some things with a MS such as work in a prison and do offender analysis and counseling for offenders that will be released soon. You can also do research that gets the criminal justice system to change.

You do need a masters degree or possibly even further, a doctorate. I do know a bachelor's degree is not enough.
